What is Thinkably?

Thinkably is A fun and engaging child-centric, online platform of diverse tools to help children understand their world. Thinkably is a collection of digital books, audio and video content on topical themes, including mental health and wellbeing, bullying, prejudice, tech anxiety and many other issues facing our children today.

How can I cancel my Thinkably subscription?

  • Click on cancel subscription
  • Enter reason for cancellation
  • The next screen will confirm cancellation

What devices does Thinkably support?
  • Web This version is for use by computers and laptops
  • iOS – Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (with an OS 10 and higher) and Apple TV.
  • Android – Compatible with over 5,000 Android devices (with OS versions 4.2.2 and higher).
  • Chromebook – Currently, the Google Play Store is only available for some Chromebooks. You can check here.

No matter which platform you initially register your account on, you can use your Thinkably account from other platforms and devices by clicking on “Account ” and logging in with the same username and password.

I forgot my password what should I do?
  • Click on ‘Account’
  • Click on ‘forgot password’
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Click on send me reset instructions
The Thinkably Website is not working
  • We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues accessing or using Thinkably. Here are some troubleshooting tips you can try which should help!:
  • Confirm you have the most recent version of your device’s operating system (iOS or Android)
  • If you are using a web browser from a computer, the Thinkably site is most compatible with Firefox or Chrome.
  • Check your connectivity – items may not load properly due to a bad internet connection. As a test, try connecting to Thinkably through another internet connection, for example, a Wi-Fi hotspot.
  • There may be a firewall blocking connections to our service. This is sometimes the case with some school and academic networks which block access to outside resources for security reasons. Please check your firewall settings to make sure that access to our domain has been granted.
  • If the issue persists, contact us (use contact details below). For the fastest assistance, please send all device information (device type, app version number, operating system number, or computer browser information) along with any applicable screenshots!
How does billing work?

With a monthly membership, payment recurs automatically each month. You can cancel anytime, and you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. With an annual membership, you prepay for 12 months. Your payment will recur automatically at the end of the 12 months unless you cancel before then. Unfortunately, if you cancel during a monthly or annual period, we cannot partially refund any unused time.
